【2020 iKala Intern Program 圓滿落幕🎉】
通過錄取率不到 1% 的考驗，今年夏天，共有 6 位優秀的實習生進入 iKala Intern Program。
年紀最輕的實習生僅有高二升高三，還有兩位分別來自美國史丹佛大學和麻省理工學院。每個人的背景截然不同，只因對台灣軟體科技發展共同的熱情與理想而聚集在 iKala，與我們共同度過一段充實的學習旅程。
短短兩個月中，他們完成了自動化爬蟲系統、論壇檢索、社群留言行為分群和內容行銷等專案，也在 mentor 們的悉心照顧下，探索各種職涯發展的可能性。
結業式的最後，iKala CEO 程世嘉 （Sega Cheng）以自身職涯為例，鼓勵實習生們把握學生時期的實習機會，期許他們帶著在 iKala 滿滿的收穫，往下一個人生階段邁進。iKala 也會持續向前，隨時歡迎實習生回來，一起迎接 AI 發展的嶄新挑戰。

Outshining hundreds of candidates in the interview, six interns joined our iKala Intern Program this year.
The youngest intern is a 16-year-old senior high school student, while another two of them are pursuing their degrees at Stanford University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Regardless of their background, these interns gathered here merely because of their passion and dreams in Taiwan's software industry.
In these two months, they've conducted projects on Automated Crawling System, Forum Retrieval, Social Media User Behavior Clustering, Content Marketing, Product Management, etc. Moreover, under the guidance of their mentors, they were given chances to explore their interests and careers.
At the end of the commencement, iKala CEO Sega Cheng took himself as an example to encourage the interns to seize every chance during their school days, hoping them to make good use of their internship experience in iKala and step into the next phase of their lives.
